  • National Transformation Fund (NTF) – Is designed to finance National Development projects and strengthen the economy
  • Real Estate – investment into an approved project (real estate) in Grenada
  • Significant Investment – the purchase of a registered business or company operating in Grenada, purchase of shares in a company or consortium of companies or significant economic initiative.
  • Citizenship by Invitation – An exclusive invitation-only initiative. Participants are typically ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

The main applicant must be at least 18 years of age, have a clean criminal record, be in certified good health and be able to prove the source of investment funds.

A minimum non-refundable donation of USD 235,000 for a single applicant or a main applicant and spouse or for a family of up to four.

A minimum investment of USD 270,000 plus a government fee of
USD 50,000 for a single applicant or a main applicant and spouse or for a family of up to four.

The main documents required to apply are: Form 1 – Personal information, Form 2 – Fingerprints (everyone aged 17 and older), Form 3 – Particulars for the Office of Home Affairs, Form – 4 Medical Examination Details, Form 5 – Employment/Source of Funds, Form 6 – Investment Confirmation.

Presently there is no requirement to visit Grenada, before, during or after the application process.
