As Director of Operations at Khorus Consulting Ltd., Ardith oversees client coordination and programme execution ensuring that each applicant receives structured guidance, clear communication, and consistent follow-through and support throughout the application process.
She is a dual citizen of Grenada and Canada and a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (Toronto, Canada), giving her both professional expertise and personal insight into cross-border mobility and citizenship planning.

Most recently, Gordon served as CEO of a founder-managed aerospace technology company, where his leadership doubled revenues in three years and culminated in a successful exit. His career spans four decades in senior executive and advisory roles, including leadership positions at global professional-services firms and technology organizations, where he consistently delivered measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and innovation.

Gordon’s experience in complex, regulated, and cross-border environments informs a structured, strategic approach to client engagement; ensuring clarity, coordination, and sound decision-making throughout the CBI process.

He is a dual citizen of Grenada and Canada, bringing both professional expertise and personal insight into international mobility and cross-border planning. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Toronto Metropolitan University (Toronto, Canada) a Master of Organization Management from the University of Phoenix, undergraduate certificates in Accounting & Finance and Contemporary Economics, and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
